ProprioPipe Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 22 February 2024
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Hand Therapy Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 616 499 695) (the Company) offers a limited warranty on ProprioPipe devices (the Devices) against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in Devices relating to materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care during the warranty period. It includes manufacturing defects in the Device's structure, materials, and workmanship.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or any other conditions beyond normal wear and tear.
Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service department at info@propriopipe.com.au. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process.
Resolution Options:
Upon validation of the warranty claim, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Device. If the product is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Shipping Costs:
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to the Company for warranty service. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the purchaser.
Limitation of liability
The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Device. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Device.
Disclaimer:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Device, and no other warranties, expressed or implied, are made. The Company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Device.
Claim Processing Time:
Please allow 14 days for the processing of warranty claims, from the time the product is received by the Company.
Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Each purchaser or user of the Device submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.
By purchasing and using the Device, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
